Flexsola and Emergent Life Integrated Technologies for reconstruction (i.e. Gaza, Ukraine)

 Flexsola International Development Corporation and ODIG Consultancy and Services LLC signed the Partnership Agreement on late March this year. This agreement establishes a partnership between the two partners in order to carry out joint activities, with the aim of developing the quality of the development/ social/ research - development/ applicability of the ODIG activity and the implementation of the patents promoted by ODIG in the social, economic and practical-applied environment. The subject of this Partnership Agreement is to establish the way of implementation and development of the activity regarding the design, modeling and testing of the installa and devices that are part of the modular structures and the arrangements of the vertiports, as well as the training and qualification activities of the specialized personnel who will build, assemble-dismantle and maintain the devices and appliances that make up the buildings and facilities.

ODIG is assuming its own risks and responsibilities for the realization of prototypes of modular structures/ obtaining the necessary approvals and agreements.

The collaboration began with the idea of ​​building shelters from lightweight structures that are easy to assemble and disassemble for repositioning in areas affected by destruction. Considering that in such areas land access would be endangered, a large part of the transport operations to the construction site, as well as part of the construction and assembly operations, will be carried out using light industrial aerial devices.

Our proposal concerns the relocation of the main public administration activities for the period in which urban cultural heritage rehabilitation works are carried out. The technical differences between areas affected by earthquakes or floods in Europe and South America and war-torn areas in the Middle East fall within the integrated margin of minicopter projects serving emergency first response works.
